The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to the importance of corporate communication and its roles and functions in organizations. It gives students a comprehensive exposure to the theory and practice of corporate communication in modern society. The course concentrates on tactical execution of internal and external communication. Topics covered in the course include: Elements and roles of corporate communication; historical and theoretical foundations; image building; research; public opinion; practice in organizational context and digital strategies in practice of corporate communication.
