Course Description and Overview

It will also examine the fundamentals of business writing techniques, and expose you to a variety of practical applications and uses in a variety of business environments. A successful image in written communication is essential. It requires careful construction of precise and, in many cases, persuasive information for customers, suppliers, clients, employees and management.
