This course demonstrates how proper nutrition and moderate physical activity help students to live healthy and physically fit lives. This course examines concepts on exercise physiology, nutrition, and physical activity. Students will be introduced to wellness, weight management and developing a regular exercise program. The course will examine stress management through diagnosis of stress factors and necessary behavioral change. Finally, the course will also examine basic first aid for safety and day to day survival in case of emergency.
