This course is designed to introduce you to the applied aspects of research in Public relations practice. A number of the functions undertaken by PR practitioners require some research acumen. So when you are mapping stakeholders or conducting an environmental scan - these will require research. When you write a report of a communication audit, a culture audit, a reputation audit or you simply want to do a PR audit - this too will be a cumulation of a research process.
